Do you have a hard time turning your brain off? As a business owner, if we love and are obsessed with what we do, we start to identify gaps everywhere. The challenge isn’t coming up with the solution. The challenge is staying focused long enough to implement the change required before getting distracted and moving onto solving the next gap.
Each of my brands have a specific focus, and identify and solve specific gaps, for specific people. Generic solutions can be applied to everyone, which means they don’t truly benefit anyone. I spend a lot of time with my clients to help them identify who they are helping, how they can better help them, and then make the right connections to achieve those objectives. If you want generic results, have a generic strategy. If you want specific results, have a specific strategy.
Whether it’s between my team and my clients, my partners, or other like minded people, my purpose is to create appropriate and meaningful connections. Creating connections can lead to building better communities of people collaborating together towards a common goal, vision, or mission. Together we can make a larger impact.

Arif Khan

I strive to be the least qualified person in the room, surrounded by a bunch of geniuses. I know how to hire and connect the right people. I enjoy listening. I ask difficult questions, and then enjoy listening some more. I leverage my skill set to help others achieve what nobody else has bothered to help them achieve. I take pride in applauding the accomplishments of those I have helped. My purpose is to be a resource to help others build something spectacular.
I get deep and intimate with my clients to extract what they really want to achieve and what they really want help with. Be prepared to go beyond the status quo. Go beyond the way it has always been done and get uncomfortable so that you can embrace necessary change. Change – because you genuinely believe in your purpose and what you have to offer, so you can always remain relevant. Be relevant to your clients, your team, and yourself.
